BPO Office converted its administration
system of managing each art group separately to
an integrated system in 2001 to strengthen the
efficiency and specialty of each group.
The office is making its best efforts in improving
the quality of the performance planning of all
art groups of Bucheon City including BPO, improving
the efficiency of managing art group members,
and promoting active extension of public relations
activity.
There are 2 teams running in the office: Programming,
Marketing & Concert Promotion Team and Administration
Team.
BPO Office will make attempts to specialize the
administration of public culture organization
through consolidating the administrative system
of Bucheon City Art Group on the basis of researches
in various fields including performance programs
of BPO and audience-participating development
programs.
